About

Most process is used to hash things out, so the form of it usually comes second to the idea. As a result, it is far less self conscious than the slick and polished design that much of it becomes. By collecting all of this stuff and stripping it of its context the form suddenly becomes important, and we are left with these wierd and unexpected explorations where the meaning is no longer relevant. I hold tremendous value in these! If you have some process that you really like, please send me three pieces of it for a future issue.

Scrap is independently published by MacGregor Harp in editions of 30. Issues 1 through 3 are now available at Hennessy and Ingalls LA, Spoonbill and Sugartown Booksellers in Brooklyn, and Nijhof and Lee in Amsterdam.
